This episode we meet with Nick Wersel, 2019 CypherCon Speaker. Kyle talks with Nick about creative ways to answer the question, what should I eat today? Nick has always been interested in hiking in the woods and identifying plants and now ⅓ of his diet is made up of plants he finds in nature. In our conversation, we talk about fungi, berries, roots, making wine, preservation techniques, cultivating your own wild crops, and how to survive an apocalypse in the event an APT takes down our energy and communication systems.
